Harbour Side Real Estate is a boutique, family, real estate agency specialising in sales and property management in Hope Island, on the northern end of the Gold Coast. We have a small, dedicated team who are vastly experienced in all aspects of sales and property management.

Being a boutique agency, we pride ourselves on the exceptional customer service we provide to our clientele, and our staff will go out of their way to assist however they can.

Our office is located in one of Hope Island's largest unit complexes, Harbour Side Marina Apartments. We also own the management rights, and successfully manage a large number of the rentals within the 185 residential unit complex. We also manage a large number of rentals in the surrounding area of Hope Island.

Harbour Side Real Estate's mission is to be Hope Island's leading real estate agent and property management provider, and to take the stress out of selling and of owning an investment property.

Hope Island is ideally situated to take advantage of the Gold Coast's natural beauty and splendour. It lies approximately 18 kilometres north of the famous surfing beaches of Surfers Paradise and 65 kilometres south of the Brisbane CBD. Hope Island is known for the world class residential and tourism resorts of Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island Resort which, between them, boasts three championship golf courses, two shopping centres, marinas, restaurants and a multitude of family-friendly parks.

Hope Island also has a full facility marina, Hope Harbour, which is right next to Harbour Side Marina Apartments and has a deep water canal and direct access to the Coomera River and ocean.
